Membership Application
All vendor applications are reviewed personally before a profile is created or any fee is charged.
Founding Member Fee
The founding member fee is $199 for 2 years of Professional membership, billed once your application is confirmed.
No Refunds
All vendor membership sales are final. No refunds are issued, except in the case of a confirmed platform error.
No Commission
Brides of the Caribbean takes no commission on bookings made through the platform — ever.
Payment Facilitation
For bookings processed through the platform, Brides of the Caribbean acts only as a payment facilitator; refunds for bookings are governed by each vendor's own cancellation policy.
Profile Accuracy
Vendors are responsible for keeping profile information, pricing, and availability accurate and up to date.
Renewal
Founding members renew after 2 years at a founding member rate, lower than the standard public rate.
