Couple Accounts
Couple accounts are always free — there is nothing to refund, ever.
Vendor Membership Fees
All vendor membership fees, including the $199 founding fee, are final and non-refundable except in the case of a confirmed platform error.
Vendor Bookings
Brides of the Caribbean acts as a payment facilitator only for bookings — refunds for bookings are governed by the individual vendor's own cancellation policy.
Founding Member Badge
The Founding Member badge is permanent and is not affected by any billing dispute once membership is active.
Platform Errors
If a fee was charged in error due to a platform issue, contact us and we will investigate and correct it promptly.
